A small job for someone ? I need help !

Hi lathe owners.. Unfortunately don`t own a lathe yet so need to ask for a little help.. I need a hole drilling through the entire length of a M8 x 35 mm mild steel bolt. The entire length including the head.. The bore of the hole needs to be as wide as possible. The drilled bolt will be used as a centering guide for a drill bit to remove the remains of a snapped off machine screw.. All my local machine shops have either closed or have better things to do. If anyone can help let me know.. I can post a few bolts and will include a post paid Jiffy bag for them to be sent back to me . I`ll happily include a few quid too.
